I had Roma replace my 20-year-old boiler and install a Navien tankless heater. Nelson, the estimator, was extremely professional and patient. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Special thanks as well to our installers, Shawn and Bob, who did a fantastic job with the installation!
A few days ago Shawn was servicing my aunt's place and she had an excellent experience she wanted noted. Shawn and his coworker serviced the furnace I purchased from your company last year. They also serviced my fireplace. I was impressed with the service they provided — excellent work! That is the best the fireplace has ever been cleaned. Will certainly recommend your company to others.
