I had Roma replace my 20-year-old boiler and install a Navien tankless heater. Nelson, the estimator, was extremely professional and patient. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Special thanks as well to our installers, Shawn and Bob, who did a fantastic job with the installation!
Nelson worked hard to get the NTI unit fixed. He was always polite , courteous. and on time.
